There is no such thing as work/life balance. Work is part of life and everybody deserves to be part of a great workplace.
That's why I started the Minimalist Management movement! I want all managers from entreprenurs and CEOs to first time leaders to have easy access to the skills they need to excel in their fields because that will make work more enjoyable for everybody and when people love their jobs, society flourishes.
Plus, I have been through A LOT of management training. Literally hundreds or maybe even thousands of seminars, talks, articles and books and all of them lacked something critical. And to top it off, there were problems that I was seeing that none of the content was addressing.
So, I started coming up with my own solutions. As I did, I discovered techniques like the Origami Technique that could inject teams with a new energy and the Carrot Cake Technique which helps teams find out what they are really capable of. Now I want to share what I have learned with you in the Minimalist Management and Leadership Pratitioner Program.
Whether or not you decide to join me and the Minimalist Management community, I wish you the best on your journey!
Sincerely,
Jeremy Webb
